Hello Soni,
Thank you very much showing interest in my videos and praising them. First of all I would like to suggest you not to think that when you will speak, you'll make mistakes. Try to think that you will not make any mistakes. Positive attitude is very important to achieve any goal. Secondly, before you talk to anybody, have a clear vision of what you want to discuss and if you really know grammar very well, your subconscious mind will automatically tell you what to say and your tongue will respond to the directions given by your mind.
Don't hesitate while talking, even if you make any mistake, it's not a problem. Nobody is going to punish you. If you make a mistake, try to rectify it at that very moment, this is something I used to do when I was learning.
